> Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects. In the case of damage during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company.
> For Big, Injusa, Mini Motos, Feber, Evo, Wheelman, & Toys Toys ride-on toys, free replacement parts are shipped if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts.

> For Big, Injusa, Mini Motos, Feber, Evo, Wheelman, & Toys Toys ride-on toys, customers will need to work with the warranty center before returns are authorized. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. For a product to return, it must not have been assembled or used and have all original packaging.
> A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped.
