1) How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is FREE in the Continental US using UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges apply to other destinations. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for other shipping options and quotes.
2) Do you ship internationally?
Our ride-on toy vehicles with item numbers beginning with BIG ship internationally via FedEx or UPS. Roller Racer & Flying Turtle scooters (item numbers beginning with MC) ship overseas via United States Postal Service. Products with item numbers beginning with CN ship to the US & Canada. Products with item numbers beginning with MO do not ship outside the US.
3) How do I get a quote for an order to be shipped outside the Continental U.S.?
Please email Pedal Car Planet your shipping address and the quantity, name, and item number of the items you would like to purchase. Our email address is email@example.com. International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes once item arrives.
4) How do you ship your products?
Pedal Car Planet normally ships via UPS and FedEx. Roller Racers and Flying Turtles are shipped internationally via United States Postal Service (USPS).
5) What forms of payment do you take?
Pedal Car Planet accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
6) What if I'm having trouble with my credit card?
You can use PayPal as an alternate payment method. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal acccount to use this method.
7) How soon after placing my order can I expect shipment?
Our items normally ship out same or next business day. This is subject to change during the holiday season.
8) Will I get a tracking number?
Tracking numbers can be viewed on our site by clicking on "Track Your Order" at the top of the homepage and entering your Order Number. If you need us to email you your tracking number, just email us.
9) Are your pedal cars suitable for children to ride on?
Our pedal cars are certified to be child safety approved and are made of the same gauge steel as the original cars. They are not fragile, but will last for years.
10) Are your pedal cars accurate reproductions of the original cars?
Our pedal cars are very close to the original. They are the same in size, but some variations were necessary in order to meet today's more stringent safety standards.
11) Can I return my pedal car?
Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects. Customers MUST contact us by email before returning product to us. Returns will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
12) Can I cancel my pedal car order?
A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped. An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee. Received orders may not be returned unless for damaged product as noted above.
13) Do you have a catalog?
We do not produce a catalog due to the fact that we are always adding new products. All of our products can be found on our website. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about any of our products.
14) Do you match competitor prices?
If you find one of our items elsewhere at a lower price, just let us know where you found this deal. Product must have same name and item number.
